Privacy Policy

Effective: June 9, 2026

This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. Plain English, no fine print.

Who We Are

Dispatch Desk is a service of WOM L.L.C., a California limited liability company based in San Diego. References to "we," "us," or "the company" in this policy mean WOM L.L.C. You can reach us by email at wom.llc1@gmail.com.

What We Collect

The only personal information we collect from this website is what you choose to send us through the contact form. That is:

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. We do not collect location data, device identifiers, or anything else automatically.

Why We Collect It

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you want, to schedule a free conversation about your business. That is the entire point.

How It Travels

When you submit the form, your information passes through these services on its way to our inbox:

These services act as data processors for us. They do not use your information for their own purposes.

Who We Share It With

No one, beyond the processors above. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing. The only exceptions are if we are legally required to disclose it (subpoena, court order), or if you give us explicit permission.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your inquiry in our inbox as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, then we archive or delete it. If you ask us to delete your information, we do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the following rights regarding their personal information:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at wom.llc1@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will respond within 45 days.

A note on our size. We are below the revenue and data-volume thresholds that legally require formal CCPA/CPRA compliance. We adopt these practices voluntarily because they are the right way to treat people's information regardless of legal triggers.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Email Communications

When we email you in response to your inquiry, our messages comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Every email identifies us as the sender, includes our physical mailing address, and gives you a clear way to ask us to stop contacting you. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest, including TLS encryption for form submissions. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your information with the care we would want for our own.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the website for a reasonable period after the change.

Questions

Email wom.llc1@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy question" and we will respond.
